Wendi made it so easy. I kind of waved my hands with some vague wants and she came back with four solid offers. She took care to make sure we had insurance (if you’re on Medicare you NEED insurance) and tips were paid. She even took care of our luggage tags! Would I use her again? We’re talking already!

Wendi at Create the magic travel agency scheduled a bus tour to Europe for my 19 year old triplet grandchildren and myself. This is the second time I’ve used Wendi and she is very knowledgeable, competent, professional, and very, very helpful! Very responsive to my emails. I would definitely recommend her and use her again in my future travels.

It was our first time using a travel agent and now we can’t imagine being without Wendi’s help ever again. She expertly planned an extraordinary 10 day adventure for us in Prague and Zagreb, Croatia. Wendi’s attention to detail is unparalleled and her communication all along the way was a breath of fresh air in this digital world. In many ways, the money we invested in her services very likely SAVED us both money and time, not to mention energy, which is much of the reason we sought her out. She had excellent recommendations for tours and such and even arranged private transport from the airport. Our situation was complex, as we have an ailing parent at home and we were able to talk out details that made us feel safe with investing into a trip during this tenuous time in life, understanding cancellation policies if we had an emergency, and procuring the appropriate insurance with her guidance. The trip was a resounding success and we are eternally grateful to Wendi for her expertise and the support all throughout. We recommend Create the Magic without reservation (pun intended!). Wendi - you are a gem.

If I could give Wendi 10 stars, I would! My husband and I wanted to go on a trip to Europe. It was my first time over seas so planning it seemed so incredibly overwhelming. That's when Wendi stepped in. She listened to all of my crazy requests and put together the trip of our dreams. We had such an amazing time and everything was set up for us. I never had to worry (except in the Madrid airport which was crazy but absolutely NOT Wendi's fault). She even recommended a packing class for us -- we learned so much!! I cannot recommend her more highly. I am already looking forward to working with her again for our next big adventure. THANK YOU WENDI!!

Wendi is a travel-genie, making vacation dreams come true! We were reminded on our last trip (to Italy and Croatia) of just how amazing she is. While our trip was absolutely seamless and all we hoped for, other travelers we interacted with who planned their own trip ran into major problems causing stress and significant extra expense. We cannot recommend Wendi more highly. She’s not only someone we trust absolutely but she’s also someone we consider a friend! Thank you Wendi for all you do—we will absolutely work with you again!

Please work with Wendi instead of doing some upredicatable AI travel plan. We wanted to take 9 people to Europe for the trip of a lifetime and felt so overwhelmed about how to make that happen. We found Wendi and for a reasonable flat fee she helped with everything! She made great travel suggestions to streamline our itinerary, gave guidance on flight planning and savings, helped book the perfect affordable hotels, and found us some fun tours. This is our first time to go to Mexico! My family loves this resort so much! so many fun stuff to do, you will never get bored. People are so friendly and staff are super accommodating. It’s very clean and also budget friendly. This feels like our home away from home. We are already planning to be back at least twice a year. Thanks to Wendi for finding a perfect resort for us!

Wendi customized our Thailand vacation to include everything we could’ve dreamed of! It was perfect, and Wendi took care of everything from the largest to the smallest detail as if she were planning a vacation for her own family. The accommodations she arranged were incredible, and the tours were spectacular! I’ve never used a travel agent before this trip, but going forward I will always call Wendi.
